How you will make an impact 

  • Manage all aspects of accounting: billing, financial statements, general ledger, project accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and revenue recognition  
  • Assists in maintaining Sage Intacct accounting software 
  • Collaborate with management team on processes and procedures to reduce costs, increase revenue, and maximize profitability 
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department leaders to establish financial goals.  
  • Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. 
  • Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting. 
  • Responsible for cash flow reporting and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and investments. 
  • Participate in strategic planning initiatives and assess the financial feasibility of proposed projects. 
  • Streamline accounting processes to reduce costs and improve accuracy. 
  • Manage ARMI Accounting Team 
  • Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel on the Accounting Team 
  • Recommend continuous improvement ideas for accounting processes 
  • Participate in hiring and training of Accounting Team  
  • Other duties as assigned 

What You Need to Succeed 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and/or 5+ years proven working experience. 
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams. 
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems quickly. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards in financial reporting and business practices. 
  • Ability to direct and supervise. 
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check
