Responsibilities
- Plans all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs.
- Ensure all necessary regulations and permits are obtained.
- Attend and participate in onsite bid meetings as needed.
- Order materials, tools, equipment, and labor.
- Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
- Writes and submits punch lists.
- Track change orders, submit RFIs.
- Use Project Management software to update schedules, track progress and document project progression.
- Use Procore software to document all project activity.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and contractors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Requirements
- OSHA 30, preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years in Project Management of Industrial Process Piping, thermal fluid experience is a plus
- Business degree preferred and/or applicable industry experience.
- Ability to effectively lead and direct tradesmen through specific construction means & methods.
- In depth understanding of Project Lifecyle from Preconstruction to Closeout.
- High attention to detail capabilities with the ability to be a self-starter.
- Experience with Procore – Project Management Software (preferred)
- Experience with SolidWorks, Inventor, and/or CAD, preferred.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment and can adapt to changing customers needs.
- 45 to 55 hours per work week in the office and on project site.
- Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Availability to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
